Public Records Act Request Form

The California Public Records Act (CPRA) requires that the District respond to requests within 10 calendar days of receipt.  Please note that District offices are closed on Fridays.  This form is for Public Records requests only.  For questions, please call the Administration Office at 650-688-8400 for further assistance.
