AA | AA batteries, often called “double A”, are the most common type of household battery. They provide 1.5 volts of power and are typically used in everyday devices like remote controls, flashlights, and toys. These batteries are great for items that need a steady amount of power but aren’t used continuously.
|
AAA | AAA batteries, often called “triple A”, are the second most common type of household battery. They provide 1.5 volts of power, just like AA batteries, but produce less energy because of their smaller size. Triple A batteries are typically used in smaller electronic devices such as remote controls, kitchen timers, calculators, bathroom scales, etc… |
Lithium-Ion | Lithium-ion (Li-ion) batteries are rechargeable batteries commonly used in devices like smartphones, laptops, electric vehicles, and energy storage systems. They work by moving lithium ions to store and release energy. Known for their high energy density, Li-ion batteries can hold a large amount of power in a compact, lightweight form, making them perfect for portable and high-performance technology.

9V | 9V batteries are commonly used in devices such as infrared thermometers, battery-powered alarms, and electronic scales. They are known for their durability and reliable performance, functioning effectively in a wide range of temperatures from 0 to 130 degrees Fahrenheit. |
CR2032 | The CR2032 battery is a small, round 3-volt battery that delivers a lot of power in a compact size. It’s commonly used in watches, calculators, toys, and various medical devices. Known for its long-lasting performance and excellent power-to-weight ratio, this lightweight battery is ideal for slim or portable devices like wristwatches and compact thermometers. |
